Through the Waters

Baptism is the sacrament of entrance into the covenant community, marking us as members of Christ and uniting us to one another. This sign and seal of God’s gift of goodwill toward us has deep layers of meaning and symbolism, which Pastor John will be exploring over these next three weeks. Today, in “Through the Waters,” Pastor John will take us through the story of the Red Sea from Exodus 14:10-22 and how in baptism we “pass through” Christ’s blood to receive our inheritance as the people of God.
