Trusting God’s Plan

Sometimes we go through things in life that make us wonder if God is being fair, or even paying attention. That was certainly true for the people of Jerusalem when they were taken into exile by Babylon! Imagine what their prayers must have been like. But in today's passage, God tells his people to settle down in Babylon, pray for the city and its people, and trust God's plan. How can we be content with our circumstances, pray for our enemies, and trust God's plan when it seems like our world is falling apart? Pastor John will preach on Jeremiah's letter to the exiles.
