Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.
Matt 18:20

On Sunday mornings we gather for service at 9:30am, followed by socializing, coffee, cookies, and Sunday School for both children and adults. Sunday evening service is at 6:00pm and is more of a roundtable format - a time for discussion.

Apart from Sunday Services our congregation gathers on Mondays during the winter months for dinner and Bible study. See below.

1st + 3rd Mondays | September - April

Monday Gatherings

Manna Monday Dinners

Dinner Served from 6:15pm

Manna Mondays take place on the first & third Monday of each month, from September through April. These evenings our congregation gathers to enjoy the fellowship of a shared meal, prepared by volunteers, and served buffet-style.

After dinner the Men’s and Women’s Bible study groups meet in separate rooms.

Men’s Life Bible Study

7:00 – 8:30pm

Men’s Life is a men’s-only Bible study that meets after Manna Monday dinners. This is a time for in-depth study of the Word, honest questioning, and open discussion among brothers in Christ.

Women’s Fellowship

7:00 – 8:30pm

Women’s Fellowship is a woman’s-only gathering that meets after Manna Monday dinners. Each season a Bible study is selected to read and discuss together throughout the winter months. Come and join us as we study God’s word and fellowship together.

Also, in February the ladies make cookies and prepare “goody boxes” for students from our church who are away at college.

New Era Farmers Market

Jun-Aug | 2nd & 4th Tues | 4-7pm

The New Era Farmers Market is a seasonal, biweekly event hosted by New Era Christian Reformed Church. The Market was established in 2015 as an outreach ministry to serve the community with food access and to meet nutritional needs.

Local vendors offer fresh produce, flowers, crafts, cat and dog treats, jewelry and organic herbs and spices in the church parking lot, while food trucks provide visitors with dinner.

Live entertainment performs on the outdoor stage from 5-7pm – a variety of family-friendly bands playing Bluegrass, Blues, Jazz and Americana.

The Market accepts several programs to help supplement people’s grocery budgets, including: SNAP/EBT, Double UP Food Bucks, Senior Market Fresh, WIC Project Fresh, and our own Kids Power of Produce Club and Senior Power of Produce Program.

The Senior Power of Produce Program issues $4 in tokens for free produce for those 62 years and older.

The Kids Power of Produce Club meets from 4-5pm at each market, offering fun activities, prizes, and tokens for free produce.
